Locations to return ChampionChips are the Front Desk of:
SAFRA Mount Faber, SAFRA Yishun, SAFRA Toa Payoh and SAFRA Tampines.
Please indicate your name and bib number on the envelope if you intend to send the ChampionChip back via mail.
Kindly wrap the ChampionChip with another piece of paper to prevent it from bursting out of the envelope. However, we would like to remind you that any loss of chips via mail shall be held liable by the sender.

All ChampionChips must be returned by Mon, 8 Sept 08. Else a levy fee of $50 shall be imposed for not returning/lost ChampionChip.
